Whole houses and flats stripped back and rebuilt, one team coordinating every trade in the right order, workable even with you living in.

Strip out to finished room: tanking, tiling, walk-in showers, LED niches, vanity units, radiators and sanitaryware.

Handleless and shaker kitchens installed, worktops fitted, splashbacks tiled and cut cleanly around sockets and switches.

Load-bearing walls removed, RSJs installed and openings formed, with the calculations and building control sign-off behind them.

Loft, garage and basement conversions and extensions, taken from foundations through to a finished, decorated room.

Herringbone and parquet floors, plank flooring, wall and floor tiling and traditional mosaic, all set out true from the centre.

Old cladding removed and new panels installed across front and rear, neat and weathertight, with no surprises on the invoice.

Gravel and paved driveways, block edging, garden walls and rendered piers that tidy up the front of the property.

Doors hung, skirting and architrave run, staircases clad and balustrades fitted so nothing in the room reads unfinished.

Whole flat refurbished with the client living in throughout. Bathtub converted to a walk-in shower with two LED niches, walls and floor tiled, new vanity, toilet, radiator and LED mirror, kitchen tiled and the flat repainted.

Six stages, one contract.

Stage 01

First visit

We come to the property, take the measurements ourselves and talk through what you want it to become, and tell you early if something will not work.

Stage 02

Scope & written quote

A clear scope and a written quote with the materials and finishes specified, priced against what is actually there rather than guessed at.

Stage 03

Strip out & structure

Old surfaces out and any structural work done first, walls removed and steels in with building control in place before the trades follow.

Stage 04

First & second fix

Plumbing, electrics and carpentry run in the right sequence behind a single point of contact, so nothing gets ripped out twice.

Stage 05

Tile, finish & decorate

Tiling set out from the centre, floors laid, kitchens and bathrooms fitted, then the whole property decorated to a finish that reads as new.

Stage 06

Snag & hand over

Snagging closed before we leave and the property left clean. Reviewers repeatedly mention the site being kept tidy throughout, even while lived in.
